2023年10月22日，孟中印缅地区国际物流通道合作论坛在中国腾冲举办，中国国际物流发展开创者、国际物流与运输学会院士、原中国交通运输协会常务副会长、国际物流与运输学会中国分会创建者和首任会长、昆明南亚东南亚国际物流研究院首席顾问、国际物流界德高望重的王德荣先生发来贺信，对论坛的举办表示热烈的祝贺。
On 22nd October 2023, thee 2023 BCIM International Logistics Channel Cooperation Forum was held in Tengchong, China. Mr.Wang Derong, the Founder of China International Logistics Development, Charted Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport(CILT), Former Executive Vice President of China Communication and Transportation Association, Founder and the 1st Chairman of the Chartered Institute of International Logistics & Transport China(CILT China), Chief Advisor of Kunming South Asia and Southeast Asia International Logistics Research Institute, has sent the Congratulation Letter to the Forum to express his warmly congratulation.
王德荣对国际物流与运输学会（CILT）印度分会主席，CILT孟加拉国分会主席、CILT香港分会主席、CILT新加坡分会主席等出席本次会议表示衷心感谢，对国际物流与运输学会中国分会全体人员的积极工作感到欣慰，对昆明南亚东南亚国际物流研究院在推动孟中印缅经济走廊国际物流发展所取得的进展表示祝贺。
He has expressed sincere thanks for attending the Forum to the Chairman of CILT India, the Chairman of CILT Bangladesh and the Chairman of CILT Hong Kong, and he was very gratifying to the hard working of all colleagues of CILT China. He also has sent his congratulations to the progress for the BCIM EC international logistics development promoted by Kunming South Asia & Southeast Asia International Logistics Research Institute.
王德荣在贺信中强调，本月18日在北京举办的第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛，各国领导人，与会者凝聚共识，一是开展高质量共建“一带一路”新阶段，二是共促和平和团结，三是巩固和提升伙伴关系，四是携手实现现代化。孟中印缅经济走廊是共建“一带一路”重要组成部分，本次会议为搭建国际物流领域合作机制提供平台。
He has emphasized that on 18th October, the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing. All the governmental leaders and all the participants have gotten the consensus: start the high quality co-building stage of Belt and Road; promote the peace and solidarity; maintain and improve the partnership; realize the modernization jointly. BCIM EC is the key constituent parts of building Belt and Road, and this Forum is building one platform of international logistics cooperation mechanism.
王德荣在贺信中指出，刘金鑫同志长期从事推进东南亚与南亚国际物流工作，对中老铁路建设、中缅陆水联运通道发展等国际区域合作做出突出贡献。盼望参加会议各位领导、企业家、学者共商大计，协同发展，达到合作共赢。希望与会专家学者坦诚交流，求同存异，共同为区域和平发展创造一个新平台。
He has mentioned that Mr.Liu Jinxin was working on promoting the international logistics of Southeast Asia and South Asia, and Mr.Liu has contributed lots of ideas in the construction of China-Laos Railway, in the development of China-Myanmar land-river joint transport channel and other international cooperation. He has expected all the officials, entrepreneurs, scholars could negotiate together, cooperate in the development to realize the cooperation and the win-win. He has wished all the participants to communicate frankly, to seek common points while reserving differences, and to create one new platform for regional peaceful development.

本次2023腾冲科学家论坛•孟中印缅地区国际物流通道合作论坛由腾冲市人民政府主办、昆明南亚东南亚国际物流研究院（SSILR）、云南保山恒益实业集团有限公司承办，国际物流与运输学会中国分会支持，缅印中友好经济发展协会（MICA）、昆明国际金融协会协办。
论坛期间，与会专家学者企业家对保山国际物流通道进行实地考察，围绕“孟中印缅地区国际物流通道运营联通”、“孟中印缅地区交通物流数字化发展与应用”、“中国猴桥-缅甸甘拜地边境经济合作区建设”、“边境贸易、过境运输安全与金融合作”四个议题发表演讲。
The Tengchong Scientists Forum· the 2023 BCIM International Logistics Channel Cooperation Forum was organized by the People’s Government of Tengchong City, and co-organized by the Kunming South Asia & Southeast Asia International Logistics Research Institute(SSILR) and the Yunnan Baoshan Heng Yi Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and supported by CILT China, Myanmar-India-China Friendship & Economic Development Association and the Kunming International Financial Association. During the Forum, all the participants have visited Baoshan international logistics channels and presented their speeches under the themes:
1. Promoting the BCIM Internatinal Logistics Channels Operation and Connectivity;
2.The BCIM Transportation and Logistics Digitization Application and Development;
3.The Hou Qiao(China)-Kanpaitie(Myanmar) Border Economic Cooperation Zone Construction;
4.The Safety Cooperation and the Financial Cooperation of Border Trade & Transit Transportation.
